 |
This winter, Rolando Garibotti, along with Doerte Pietron of Germany, Jorge Ackerman, Tomas Aguilo, Charly Cabezas and Matias Villavicencio all from Argentina, reached the summit of Cerro Torre via the West Face. Doerte Pieton became the first female to climb Cerro Torre. |
| Following this accomplishment, Garibotti, along with Collin Haley traversed Aguja Guilloumet, Aguja Mermoz and Cerro Fitzroy in only three days. |
