Traverses

With its tightly grouped peaks and reliable weather, the Teton Range is renowned for incredible traverses, all of which are clearly visible from Jackson Hole.

Each traverse offers stunning views, excellent climbing, and the satisfaction of reaching multiple summits on a single day. They all require a high level of climbing skill, endurance, and mental toughness.  Because of this, our Grand Teton traverses are limited to fit and experienced climbers.

Perhaps the greatest mountaineering challenge of the Teton Range, the Grand Traverse combines the Cathedral, Teton and Cloudveil traverses into one "grand" traverse for a total of ten major peaks.
